Sam oversees the day-to-day management of the company and education department. He has a BA in Professional Music with a concentration in Music Education from Berklee College of Music. Sam's educational work can be represented in the community of Millburn, New Jersey. Sam has built a reputation in the community that is one of excitement, youth, and fantastic education.
Sean oversees the day-to-day management of the company, as well as all aspects of the production education studio. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music with a BA in both Music Business and Music Production. He has more than a decade of experience in teaching, production and performance. Sean's work has been featured on CBS, NBC, The Weather Channel, MTV and Best Buy.
Bhrigu Sahni is an Indian Guitarist and Composer based out of Brooklyn, New York. A graduate from the Berklee College of Music, Bhrigu Sahni has had the honor of playing with acclaimed artists such as Angelique Kidjo, Meshell Ndegeocello, Arif Lohar, Michael McDonald (Doobie Brothers) and Karsh Kale.
He firmly believes in music as a catalyst for social change and works with (NPO) Make A Difference, by Teaching Music to underprivileged street children in his hometown of Pune. He is currently working as Composer and Guitar player for Various Artistes in addition to being a highly coveted Recording Artist and Composer for Independent and Commercial Cinema.
Ray grew up in Boston Massachusetts where he began playing piano at age 6 and became a member of his schools drum line at age ten. Ray received his first guitar when he was 13 and quickly started learning everything he could about blues, jazz, classcial, funk and whatever music he could get his hands on.
Ray started teaching at the age of thirteen giving guitar, bass, and drum lessons to kids in his neighborhood. Since then he has been developing music curriculum for thousands of students all over New England, New York, Washington Dc, and New Jersey.
In 2008, Ray graduated Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor's degree in Professional Music focusing in performance & education. As a performer Ray leads his own jazz fusion trio Thelonious Crunk, performs throughout the northeast as a guitarist & percussionist with new york based world music ensemble Sixth Degree, has toured the country with national groups Spiritual Rez and Mighty Mystic. He has performed alongside Daryl Jones of the rolling stones and as a classical musician has had the honor of performing for members of the british royal family.
Greg Scalera is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist with an extensive performance background and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Kean University. He is the frontman for alternative rock band The Agony Family, having written and self-produced every track on the group's two full-length releases to date. In addition to currently having songs represented by a variety of licensing and publishing companies, Greg has toured the country, performed at events such as Warped Tour, The Bamboozle Festival, and South by Southwest, and shared the stage with an impressive list of artists including Paramore, Gym Class Heroes, New Found Glory, Hellogoodbye, Ace Enders, The Format, Socratic, Emery, House of Fools, The New Royalty, and many more. In addition to writing rock, alt rock, pop, dance, and electronica music, Greg is also an actor, director, and professional composer and sound designer for film and live theatre.
Ian is originally from a small town in western Connecticut. By age 12 he was beginning to tackle his first serious instrument, the highland bagpipes (www.ianunderwoodbagpipes.com). At 13, he started playing bass. By age 16, he knew he wanted to do this as a career.
Ian attended Berklee College Of Music, graduating in 2009 cum laude, having studied with John Lockwood, Oscar Stagnaro, Esperanza Spalding, and many other fine musicians. In 2010, he passed both the video and the in-person invite-only auditions for Cirque du Soleil. A couple of cruise ship contracts later, Ian wrote, recorded and produced his debut album (featuring Melissa Aldana, Juan Andres Ospina, and Devin Collins), and early 2012 saw him moving to New York City. He is now making a living slugging it out playing gigs and teaching. Plenty of new, amazing creative projects are in the works as Ian aims to take his career forward.
Adam Gruss's interest in music and recording came at a young age. At age 8 he began taking drum lessons. He joined his first band at 12 and landed his first professional gig at age 13, playing in bands all throughout high school and recording demos out of the basement with barebones miking techniques. Later on, he attended Berklee College of Music where he majored in Music Production and Engineering, also finding the time to release an EP with his former band The Hollow Sound, whose songs were featured on MTVU programming. Adam played Warped Tour 2008, South by Southwest 2009, and more recently with his former band The New Bedfords, CMJ 2010. Currently Adam writes, fronts and plays guitar in the band The Mad Sugars.
Max Fishkin is a multi-instrumentalist, music producer and has been obsessed with the medium of sound since childhood. Starting with making weird sound effects emulating his favorite cartoons, he transitioned to making music on the trombone, then taught himself how to play the trumpet, guitar, bass, drums and piano in that order. Max is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BA in Music and has extensive experience recording music in his home studio.
Gabriel was raised in northern NJ, immersed in the dense music culture
surrounding New York City. There he would play Drumset and Guitar in various
ensembles around the tristate area (including productions for the New York
Musical Theatre Festival) before moving to Boston to study Drumset and
composition at Berklee College of Music.
He studied Drumset with Sergio Bellotti and Jackie Santos and composition with
Vuk Kulenovic and Joe Carrier. Gabriel recently graduated with a degree in
Contemporary Writing and Production and is now based in the NY/NJ area,
composing, producing, performing and teaching. He has composed and
produced 3 original albums under his own name.
His compositional influences include: Keith Jarrett, Tom Jenkinson, Ryuichi
Sakamoto and Sufjan Stevens while his Drumset influences include: Bernard
Purdie, Jack DeJohnette, Mark Guiliana and Amir Thompson (?uestlove).
Dane Alexander holds a degree in Jazz Studies from New School University in New York City. Dane found music at a young age. Beginning with piano lessons at age 6 and clarinet at age 8, he eventually came to pick up the saxophone in high school and has been playing it ever since. Dane has had the fortunate opportunity to study with top performers whose careers span the history of jazz. Outside of music he enjoys playing golf, cooking, and reading. Originally from Florham Park, NJ, he currently lives in Montclair, NJ with his lovely girlfriend and their tuxedo cat, Kira.
